Fantastic family atmosphere. Everyone is supportive and friendly.
Would highly recommend this to any adult who was considering a different kind of fitness regime. The instructors are fantastic with beginners (speaking from personal experience) and will push and encourage in the most productive way possible. Now me and both kids belong to the Endeavour family and we love it!
Our journey with Endeavour Martial Arts in Doncaster started 6 years ago and both Alex and I have achieved goals which we thought we’d never do!! We have both grown in confidence and my son is excelling at school which I believe is down to him transferring the skills of focus and perseverance, amongst others, that he has been learning at Endeavour since the age of 4.
Every student is encouraged and treated as in individual by all Instructors which makes the training curriculum suitable for all ages and abilities. Each class is well put together by the talented and experienced Instructors and their instructions are clear and easy to understand. The academy itself is a clean and safe environment in which to train.
Mrs Thorpe and Mr Thorpe have created a warm, friendly and welcoming environment and the feeling of being part of the Endeavour family is encouraged amongst all students and parents alike.

My (Mick) journey with the club started back in Feb 2015 when I decided I needed to lose weight and improve my fitness levels. I had been using the gym but hadn’t been pushing myself which meant I wasn’t seeing any results. I wanted to look for somewhere that was instructor lead, to encourage me to push myself further, and my friend recommended Endeavour as he already trained there so I went along for a free trial. I felt a little nervous due to not having done anything like this before but I needn’t have worried as I got a very warm welcome from all the pupils and staff.
The club is very passionately and professionally run by Mr & Mrs Thorpe who have over 15years experience between them and who lead a really enthusiastic team of instructors who encourage you every step of the way no matter what your level is or goals.
We have been so impressed with the level and quality of teaching that we have just signed up our daughter who is 4yrs old and joined little champions. Sophie absolutely loves coming to class and it will be great to see her develop in confidence and ability.
We would recommend anyone to join whatever your level.
Our son joined the academy when it was still EastWest MMA in July of 2014. At first he was a little apprehensive about doing martial arts but as soon as he met the head instructor Mr Thorpe he soon lost any fears he had. The confidence and self belief that Mr Thorpe and the whole instructing team gave to our son was amazing. He has progressed so far and so quick and this is all down to the staff who have made us all feel like part of the family.
When Mr Thorpe and Mrs Thorpe became the new owners and it became Endeavour Martial Arts then it became even better. The transition from a students point of view was seamless and again this is down to the awesome team at the academy. Our son has been a part of other sporting teams but none have a coach or instructor like Mr Thorpe, the positivity and confidence he give the students is out of this world, he can turn a negative into a positive at the blink of an eye. He has passed these qualities and abilities on to the rest of the instructing team which is what makes Endeavour Martial Arts stand out.
We would like to thank Mr and Mrs Thorpe, Miss Smith-Allen, Miss Maxfield and Mr Parsons for everything they have done for our son`s confidence, ability and attitude.
